Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate actionable insights for GTM, Product, and Operations teams to support data-driven decision-making
• Lead and mentor the business analytics team while developing scalable processes for data integrity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into cohesive analytics solutions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or strategy, preferably in a SaaS environment
• 2+ years of experience in building and managing a team
• Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics and hands-on expertise with SQL and data visualization tools
• Familiarity with modern data stacks such as Snowflake and dbt
• Experience in analyzing large datasets to provide insights into business operations
