Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Analyst - Stop Loss, Group Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, produces, and maintains ad hoc and custom reports for functional area information needs and analysis
- Maintains the integrity of information in internal databases and retrieves data from various sources
- Supports the research, analysis, and presentation of information by producing reports and verifying information from external sources
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate studies in business, insurance, mathematics, or a related field; degree or industry coursework preferred
- A minimum of two years of related experience in an operational position involving analysis and coordination
- Knowledge of business and/or insurance policies and procedures
- Familiarity with product terminology, processes, and regulatory compliance issues is desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft 365 suite
