Business Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Product Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes and requirements to develop process maps and documentation
• Provide support in data management, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, dashboards, and reports in Salesforce
• Facilitate user acceptance testing for new features and enhancements while collaborating with various Salesforce teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, technology, or a related field
• 2-4+ years of business analyst experience in banking process analysis or related fields
• Strong elicitation techniques and ability to structure data for decision making
• Working knowledge of business processes, programming, and systems analysis procedures
• Basic understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
