Data Reporting Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data and Reporting Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, document, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer data-related issues
• Design, develop, and maintain reports using Crystal Reports and other tools
• Assist with Professional Services projects and handle Tier 2 support tickets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software development, computer science, business intelligence, data management, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience with SQL procedures and advanced queries, specifically Oracle PL/SQL
• Experience with business intelligence tools, specifically Metabase and Crystal Reports
• Experience with Oracle Forms
• Cloud data warehouse experience, preferably with Snowflake
