Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert in products and services, understanding user needs and enhancing their experience

• Develop strategic analyses to maximize customer lifetime value and mentor junior analysts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience with a BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Understanding of SaaS business models and product-led growth strategies
• Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)
• Deep understanding of SQL for transforming raw data into usable datasets
