A company is looking for a Lead Data Analyst, Medicare Risk Adjustment (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in data exploration and analysis to derive insights and recommendations
• Support stakeholders with data-related questions and drive resolution
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of data solutions for business decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 8 years of experience in an analytical/quantitative role
• Experience in the healthcare industry and understanding of Medicare risk adjustment
• Hands-on experience with Big Data/NoSQL platforms and SQL
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders
