A company is looking for a Data Engineering Manager to lead and grow its Data Engineering function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers, fostering a collaborative culture
• Translate business goals into execution plans, establishing roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data products and ensure data governance standards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with 2+ years in a management role
• Experience with DevOps principles and deep knowledge of data modeling techniques
• Hands-on expertise with SQL and modern data tools (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Spark)
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud ecosystems and common IaC tools (Terraform)
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analytics solutions for Data Science applications
