Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets related to agent performance and support interactions
- Design and evaluate LLM agents and implement evaluation pipelines for response quality
- Automate data tasks and optimize workflows using Airflow and Python
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in a data-heavy environment
- Advanced SQL skills, preferably in BigQuery and/or ClickHouse
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Metabase
- Understanding of Airflow and modern data pipelines
