Senior Data Protection Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Data Protection Engineer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Data Protection program to ensure proper backup, reporting, and validation of systems
• Collaborate with IT leaders and business stakeholders to adapt the Data Protection Program to changing requirements
• Oversee the Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) solution, including requirements gathering and testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education/work experience
• 5 years of experience in Data Protection program management with complex backup applications
• 5 years of experience with complex systems and databases for backup and recovery
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
