A company is looking for a Medicaid Data Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and validation for State Medicaid agencies
• Create business requirements and perform testing for various systems
• Utilize SQL and Excel to analyze large datasets from data warehouses

Required Qualifications

• Over ten years of experience in information technology, with five years in State Medicaid agencies
• Understanding of claims, recipient/eligibility, and provider/enrollment data processes
• Knowledge of CMS reporting requirements and covered programs
• Ability to travel to Springfield, IL three to four times per year
• Master's Degree preferred
