Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Lead to own and execute its data engineering and analytics strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the data engineering and analytics strategy aligned with company goals
• Act as a hands-on contributor and team leader, managing the Data function while designing data models and pipelines
• Establish and manage a centralized data platform, implementing best practices for data governance and analytics

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience building and leading Data teams in a high-growth startup or fast-scaling tech environment
• Strong technical background in data engineering and analytics
• Hands-on expertise with modern data engineering and analytics tech stack, including data modeling and transformation tools
• Proficiency with SQL and Python
• Solid understanding of software engineering and architecture practices
