A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to enable data-driven recommendations for financial and business performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical and business resources to define hypotheses and analyze data
• Conduct complex SQL queries and develop reports to provide insights
• Lead projects and mentor analysts while performing complex modeling and data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applied mathematics, statistics, management information systems, actuarial science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in financial services or research and analytics, or 4+ years in the actuarial field
• Advanced skills in reporting and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, SAS, SPSS)
• Advanced skills in statistical modeling and testing techniques
• Solid business acumen, particularly in insurance or investment environments
