Senior Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Business Intelligence to lead its BI function and transform data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the BI strategy aligned with business objectives, promoting a data-informed culture
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing BI team, including analysts and data engineers
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define key metrics, KPIs, and dashboards for measuring business performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proficient in Python and Django framework, with strong experience in SQL and various database technologies
• Experienced in designing and scaling BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and data governance frameworks is preferred
