Lead Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer / DBA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, promoting technical excellence and best practices
• Manage AWS-based data infrastructure related to the data warehouse and ETL systems
• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end ETL pipelines for data ingestion and integration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data infrastructure, or database administration roles
• Expert-level SQL skills with experience in relational database performance tuning
• Hands-on experience managing AWS infrastructure, including RDS, S3, and EC2
• Proven ability to design and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data workflows
• Experience in high-volume data environments managing both production and warehouse environments
