A company is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze HR service delivery data from ServiceNow
- Build dashboards and reports to inform HR decision-making
- Identify trends and assess the effectiveness of HR knowledge articles and ticket deflection strategies
Required Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
- Proven ability to build analytics dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong background in HR analytics and metrics
- Experience with employee care and HR service models is preferred
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and deflection metrics is preferred
