Role Title: Content Marketing Strategist
Type: Full-time
Reports To: CMO

We’re building the best team in managed IT services—and we need great stories to back that up. As our Content Strategist, you’ll shape the voice of Network Coverage across campaigns, content, and thought leadership. You’ll work closely with leadership, SMEs, and agency writers to craft messaging that resonates across our verticals and fuels demand.

This role is perfect for a strategic storyteller who knows how to turn complex ideas into compelling narratives that drive engagement.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and manage the editorial calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and vertical go-to-market strategy
• Own content briefs for ebooks, blog posts, webinars, case studies, etc.
• Interview internal SMEs and distill insights into actionable, audience-specific content
• Collaborate with agency writers and designers to produce polished assets
• Align all content to buyer journeys, funnel stages, and SEO goals
• Support thought leadership by ghostwriting or shaping POVs for execs and industry leads Coordinate repurposing efforts across formats (blogs infographics
• paid ads, etc.)

You Might be a Fit if You…
• Have 5+ years of B2B content marketing or editorial experience
• Are a strong writer and a better editor—especially for voice, clarity, and structure
Understand how to map content to the funnel and the sales process
• Are comfortable interviewing executives, clients, and partners to extract insights
• Know what good SEO, storytelling, and UX content looks like—and why it matters
• Are familiar with HubSpot, SEMRush, or similar content tools

Compensation
• Base salary + Incentive pay potential
