Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute social media and digital marketing strategy across major platforms to enhance awareness and engagement
- Oversee paid campaigns and ensure website alignment with campaign goals, managing content creation and daily operations
- Track performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven recommendations while collaborating with internal teams and freelancers
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in leading social and digital marketing with proven audience growth
- Experience in nonprofit, academic, or mission-driven environments preferred
- Full-cycle campaign experience with organic and paid advertising
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, and WordPress
- Understanding and commitment to classical-liberal values and the organization's mission
