Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign development and execution using various tools and data sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign goals and lifecycle strategies
- Leverage insights and customer data to evaluate performance and optimize marketing effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in customer direct marketing with a focus on campaign development
- Strong understanding of HTML and experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs)
- Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and data-driven segmentation tools
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus but not required
