Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Acquisition to drive paid customer acquisition across multiple high-growth startups.
Key Responsibilities
- Own performance marketing strategy and execution for multiple portfolio companies, focusing on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Personally manage and optimize campaigns in Meta and Google Ads, including strategy, execution, testing, and reporting
- Build scalable processes for launching and optimizing performance programs across various brands and verticals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform
- Proven ability to drive meaningful business outcomes through paid media
- Experience with full-funnel understanding, including MTA solutions and P&L management
- Experience hiring and developing high-performance marketing teams
- Deep understanding of core KPIs such as ROAS, mLTV, and CAC
