Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to lead execution and platform strategy for Braze.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary owner and technical lead for Braze, ensuring platform health and efficient campaign execution
- Translate campaign requirements from the Member Marketing team into actionable Braze workflows
- Build, QA, and launch campaigns across all channels, optimizing engagement touchpoints and maintaining quality control
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Marketing Automation/Operations experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Braze or a comparable lifecycle engagement platform
- Experience managing direct reports or mentoring junior collaborators
- Strong technical understanding of personalization logic and cross-channel execution
- Familiarity with tools like Liquid, HTML, Looker, or Amplitude
