Job Summary
A company is looking for an E-Commerce Customer Engagement Lead (North America).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee regional e-commerce initiatives to drive revenue growth on the SynXis Retailing platform
- Develop a data-driven SKU management strategy and collaborate with clients on SKU variations
- Analyze SKU performance and conduct audits, delivering reports to stakeholders
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or revenue management, preferably in the hotel or travel sectors
- Good command of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms
- Proven project management expertise with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders
- Familiarity with hotel retail analytics or brand management is a plus
