Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Brand & Creative processes
- Manage budget forecasting, tracking, and vendor onboarding
- Support team culture and talent development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of Creative Operations experience in a direct-to-consumer brand
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficient in Asana, Google Suite, and Figma
- Familiarity with Gatekeeper & Tipalti is a plus
