Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships
• Strong existing network of creators or influencers
• Deep understanding of creator monetization models and social media ecosystems
• Experience with affiliate platforms and social analytics tools
