Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Americas, aligning with global objectives
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand and accelerate pipeline
- Lead and mentor the Americas marketing team while collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in building and executing integrated marketing strategies in high-growth organizations
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a hands-on approach to campaign execution
- Deep understanding of digital, field, and content marketing tactics, along with experience in marketing automation
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
