Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Marketing Manager to enhance member engagement and retention through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for members to ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints
- Develop and implement strategies to improve member engagement and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the member experience and monitor engagement KPIs
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in engagement marketing, preferably in digital health
- Experience with self-insured clients, PBMs, and health plans is a plus
- Extensive experience in building and optimizing multi-channel communication strategies
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data analytics platforms
- Experience with Braze canvas development and analysis
