Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to leverage video content for driving subscriptions, views, and engagement
• Edit video footage for social media formats and create accompanying social copy and thumbnails
• Analyze social media analytics and provide feedback for content improvement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in media, preferably in sports media
• Advanced social video editing skills with knowledge of viral content strategies
• Understanding of social analytics and video platform algorithms
• Ability to work under supervision with some independent judgment
• Position based in North America, ideally on West Coast time
