Key Responsibilities

• Execute shot lists with quality and efficiency, minimizing retakes and reshoots
• Direct talent to deliver natural, authentic performances that align with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflows during shoots

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of production or content creation experience, preferably in digital or social media
• Strong understanding of mobile filming, including lighting, framing, and camera settings
• Comfort directing and coaching talent for organic, on-brand delivery
• Familiarity with using external mobile microphones and optimizing audio capture
• Experience with software such as Adobe Suite, Asana, Airtable, and Google Drive
