Content Policy Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Policy Specialist on a one-year contract, working part-time (20 hours/week).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, edit, and maintain safety content policies and guidelines
• Utilize documentation to track policy drafting, updates, and emerging needs
• Develop multi-modal content policies addressing potential risks in high-harm areas

Required Qualifications

• Experience working on LLM content policy
• Understanding of LLM safety risks and ability to translate them into guidelines
• Strong research and writing skills with experience in documentation management
• Previous experience in Trust & Safety / Content Policy / AI Safety
• Experience in content policy and/or AI safety across various geographic regions
