Senior Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to build and lead their documentation practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for software products
• Establish and standardize a content governance model for consistent writing style and templates
• Collaborate cross-functionally to capture new knowledge and develop internal documentation

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a technical writer in SaaS, enterprise software, or a related industry
• Experience establishing or scaling a documentation system or knowledge base
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to different audiences
• Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Guru, Slab, GitHub, etc.)
• Bonus: experience in energy trading or with support automation/chatbot platforms
