Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Specialist in Information Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a centralized repository of security, compliance, and privacy documentation
• Collaborate with various teams to publish accurate customer-facing materials and ensure access to up-to-date documentation
• Define documentation standards and coordinate periodic content reviews to align with regulatory and business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in documentation, content management, or technical writing in a SaaS or software organization
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CCPA
• Experience with content/document management tools like Confluence and SharePoint
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs in a software context is preferred
