A company is looking for a Contract Operations Associate, Order Management to work remotely on a project in the petcare / IoT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage orders, ensuring data integrity and adherence to formatting guidelines
- Monitor order propagation across systems and assist in resolving system-related issues
- Report problems with order submissions and contribute to process documentation updates
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in order processing, data entry, or a similar administrative role
- Experience with bulk upload tools and familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software for data manipulation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus
