Contract Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Operations Associate, Order Management to work remotely on a project in the petcare / IoT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders, ensuring data integrity and adherence to formatting guidelines
• Monitor order propagation across systems and assist in resolving system-related issues
• Report problems with order submissions and contribute to process documentation updates

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in order processing, data entry, or a similar administrative role
• Experience with bulk upload tools and familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software for data manipulation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus
