A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Patient AR and CSR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to enhance billing practices and resolve claim-related issues
- Manage the design and performance of billing scrubber edits to prevent denials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing processes and monitor performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma with 3 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of relevant experience
- Preferred Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credential
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience with large-scale call center operations and understanding of customer service best practices
