Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Lead to oversee operational performance within the Revenue Cycle department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-7 specialists to drive performance across multiple RCM functions
• Develop and execute strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and recommend solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare organizations, preferably in Revenue Cycle Operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to align team goals and drive performance
• Deep understanding of KPIs and methods to enhance operational performance
• Able to identify pain points in operations and propose effective solutions
• Experience thriving in fast-paced and unpredictable environments
