Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Program Director on daily operations and compliance with Head Start standards
- Manage educational program quality, monitor staff progress, and review children's files
- Engage with staff and families, facilitating meetings and supporting staff development
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of two years of experience with human services or public health organizations
- Ability to manage multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in brainstorming and organizing solutions for programming and marketing campaigns
- Proficient in analyzing and presenting data from multiple sources
- US Citizenship or Green Card required due to security clearance requirements
