Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Risk Adjustment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance, conduct performance assessments, and manage time off requests
• Monitor quality and productivity, providing coaching and feedback to team members
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and complete special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• AHIMA or AAPC certified credentials (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC)
• Minimum of 2 years coding experience and familiarity with HCC coding
• People leadership experience managing a team
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-9/10 and medical terminology
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
