Key Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize scalable global partner program frameworks and incentives
• Design and manage onboarding and training programs for various partner types
• Build repeatable workflows for partner onboarding, account management, and lifecycle operations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, partner operations, or revenue operations at a SaaS or platform company
• Proven success in designing and scaling partner programs that drive revenue growth
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in CRM systems and BI tools
• Experience managing an agency or solution partner ecosystem
• Familiarity with partner ecosystem tools like PRM and attribution platforms
