Key Responsibilities
- Providing general office support and managing office supplies
- Maintaining supplier contact database and managing payments for location-related expenses
- Arranging events and supporting HR-related tasks in Yerevan
Required Qualifications
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- 2+ years of experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Familiarity with 1C and HiBob programs
- Experience in budgeting, accounting, or financial control is a strong plus
- Strong Excel skills and a good understanding of numbers
