Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in a relevant field
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Energy, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong balance of technical, analytical, and people management skills
• Experience in process improvement and workflow redesign
• Ability to create training materials and standard operating procedures
