Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a consultant to the Board and provide administrative and managerial advice
- Oversee vendor management, including contract negotiations and payment approvals
- Develop and submit annual budgets while ensuring compliance with community documents and standards
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes related to community management
- Experience in financial management, including budget development and variance reporting
- Ability to conduct Board meetings and training workshops
- Familiarity with vendor management processes
- Local to the Dallas area for remote work requirements
