Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Technician to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic and resolution efforts for complex equipment issues, collaborating with field technicians
• Oversee documentation of operational activities to facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Mentor Associate Operations Technicians and conduct training sessions on equipment operation and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or three or more years of relevant work experience
• Three or more years of related work experience in IT Support, Customer Service, or Project Management
• Experience in a command center and/or field services environment with hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills for effective decision-making
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to varied computer systems and software
