- Oversee documentation of operational activities to facilitate data-driven decision-making
- Mentor Associate Operations Technicians and conduct training sessions on equipment operation and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or three or more years of relevant work experience
- Three or more years of related work experience in IT Support, Customer Service, or Project Management
- Experience in a command center and/or field services environment with hands-on troubleshooting experience
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills for effective decision-making
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to varied computer systems and software
