A company is looking for a Patient Service Liaison Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with vendors and RCM leadership to resolve claims payment and processing issues
- Assist in developing materials for evaluating RCM best practices and workflows
- Provide monthly audit reporting on vendor metrics to RCM leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of revenue cycle experience in a medical practice or provider organization
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills and experience with vendor pricing methods
- Proven ability to drive performance and collaborate across departments
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations
