Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Quality Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze patterns and trends for avoidable write-offs and conduct root cause analysis
• Lead projects to reduce avoidable write-offs and facilitate stakeholder meetings
• Monitor performance, provide operational guidance, and create partnerships with clinical and revenue cycle stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in project management or process improvements in a revenue cycle operational area
• Bachelor's degree in health care, business, or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of clinical operations and revenue cycle operations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Epic clinical and revenue applications
