Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to manage contract and subcontract administration for DoD and commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations while maintaining contract records
- Administer contracts and subcontracts, including negotiation and management of agreements
- Assist with proposal preparation and conduct contract closeouts as needed
Required Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of Contract Administration experience in federal contracting environments
- High level of understanding of the FAR and ability to research FAR/DFARS information
- Working knowledge of various contract types including CPFF, T&M, FFP, IDIQ and GSA schedules
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
