A company is looking for a Strategy & Business Operations Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate complex ideas to all levels of the organization and act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments
- Conduct in-depth market and industry research to identify trends and engage in M&A activities
- Oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in management consulting
- Proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects using various project management tools
- Experience in M&A activities and conducting Due Diligence
- Deep understanding of market trends and ability to turn research insights into actionable strategies
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
