A company is looking for a Temporary Administrative Manager to provide administrative support for its Office of National Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administrative needs and manage invoicing and contracting for consultants and project partners
- Assist in grant compliance, including progress reporting and maintaining records
- Coordinate project meetings, trainings, and site visits, and support staff with technological issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in an office or human service field
- Energetic and well-organized professional with strong time management skills
- Proficient in Coupa, Vena, Microsoft Suites, and Google Suites
- Familiarity with Monday.com is preferred
- Open to learning new technology and improving processes
