A company is looking for an Assistant to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar and scheduling for both business and personal commitments
- Monitor and triage emails, drafting and formatting correspondence as needed
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, manage expenses, and assist with personal tasks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in administrative work, preferably in startups or tech
- Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Notion, and CRM systems
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Experience in a mission-driven organization or nonprofit sector is a plus
