A company is looking for an Assistant to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar and scheduling for both business and personal commitments
  • Monitor and triage emails, drafting and formatting correspondence as needed
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, manage expenses, and assist with personal tasks
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative work, preferably in startups or tech
  • Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Notion, and CRM systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience in a mission-driven organization or nonprofit sector is a plus
