Key Responsibilities
- Execute Asia Pacific orders with complete data accuracy, focusing on key accounts
- Provide accurate and timely support to internal teams while identifying and mitigating order issues
- Resolve issues related to orders and invoices, improving the order-to-cash process and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle), SFDC, and Microsoft Office applications
