Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee all phases of contracting and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the creation and submission of RFP documents in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Conduct bid reviews and analyses, presenting recommendations for contract awards to leadership
• Lead strategic negotiations and ensure alignment of contracting strategies with company objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of solar or related experience
• 2 - 4 years of EPC contracts experience, preferably in utility scale solar
• Knowledge of engineering design, procurement, and construction practices and procedures
• Proficiency in conducting negotiations with vendors
