Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Product in managing priorities and operationalizing key initiatives
• Track progress on product initiatives and ensure milestones are met
• Coordinate across various teams to maintain alignment and lead cross-functional projects

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a Chief of Staff role
• Prior exposure to product-led or SaaS businesses is strongly preferred
• Experience in Collaborative Work Management (CWM), Product Portfolio Management (PPM), or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is a bonus
• Experience supporting executive leadership in PE or VC-backed companies
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required
