Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Area Sales Manager in ensuring Program Compliance through daily verification of Virtual Clinical Discussion Trackers
- Maintain CRM accounts and contacts for accurate metric reporting and provide program reports to management
- Monitor communication templates with healthcare providers and attend necessary meetings
Required Qualifications
- Experience with CRM system platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Strong technology skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
